Students and graduates

ATA Gears can help you achieve your potential. We offer several ways to build a career as a machine operator. If you are a technology student, we encourage you to apply for a trainee position with us to work with some of the world’s leading power transmission experts. You will have an opportunity to learn and benefit from their professional support, to contribute your own ideas to our business and to work with great customers from all around the world. We also welcome thesis writers from technical universities on a regular basis.

ATA Gears has also been active for years in the apprenticeship field. Our experts in geared components have given several new machinists and other professionals a good start in working life. An apprenticeship is a working-life-oriented way to get a vocational education and training on a fixed-term employment contract, where ATA Gears prepares an employee for a vocational upper secondary qualification. Apprenticeships usually last for one year, and the first six months is the official orientation period.
